badshah8 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

badshah8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the badshah8 website, mobile version and all services provided on it.

By creating an account, accessing or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

badshah8 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be duly notified of any important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and use the services on badshah8, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. For users aged 21 and above only.
• You may create only one account under your own identity.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date.
• It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the applicable laws regarding online betting and gambling in the country or jurisdiction where you reside.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or terminated by badshah8.

If any person creates an account under the age of 21 or provides false information, badshah8 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit the associated balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering on the platform. One person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

badshah8 may verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your account credentials is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on badshah8 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit. badshah8 will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours, but may take longer for accounts under verification.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the name of the depositor.
• badshah8 may suspend withdrawals for unusual or suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
• Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making ৳2,500 available in total. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving ৳24,000 in total.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once per person, household, device or IP address.
• badshah8 reserves the right to terminate any account found to be abusing bonus codes or offers.
• Cashback and other benefits under the VIP program are described in detail in the relevant section.
• badshah8 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.

6. VIP Program

The badshah8 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly. VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account at each tier. badshah8 reserves the right to change or suspend VIP benefits at any time without giving any reason.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the badshah8 platform and any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently closed:

• Money laundering, fraud or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Interfering with the platform's software or security systems.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Matched betting or collusive betting between users.

In the event of any of the above violations, badshah8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and notify the relevant authorities.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed by the system. Any bet not confirmed due to a technical error or communication failure will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

8.2 Result Determination

The outcome of all games is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or the actual score of a live event. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the result will be reviewed.

8.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

badshah8 reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on any single bet or game session. In cases where winnings exceed the set limit, the Company's decision will be considered final.

9. Responsible Betting

badshah8 believes in a responsible betting culture. We are committed to protecting our users. If you feel that betting is going beyond your control, please contact our support team immediately.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

badshah8 never sells your information to third parties. However, information may be shared as required to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud or satisfy the requirements of regulatory bodies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the badshah8 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and so on — is the intellectual property of badshah8 or the relevant game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.). Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially using this content without the Company's written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. All wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure at the Company's Initiative

badshah8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or any other valid reason. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited.

13. Limitation of Liability

badshah8 accepts no liability for the following:

• Games or bets left incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Financial losses caused by delays or errors from third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (unforeseen natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Losses resulting from the user's own provision of incorrect information or negligence.

badshah8's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the actual amount of the transaction in question.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute or complaint will first be addressed directly through our support team. Our 24/7 live chat support is available in Bengali.

15. Severability of Terms

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, ineffective or unenforceable for any reason, that part will be removed and all remaining terms will remain fully valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between badshah8 and the user. No verbal or informal discussions or promises beyond what is stated in this document are legally binding.
